Senior Engineer / Project Manager - Mechanical / HVAC

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems while managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, staff, and client relationships. Review project documents for quality, coordinate design production, support business development, and conduct site observations or inspections as needed.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least six years of HVAC or mechanical building-systems design experience, and Professional Engineer registration are required. Candidates must have AutoCAD experience and demonstrated project and personnel management experience; Revit and healthcare or commercial MEP design experience are preferred.
