Senior Software Engineer - Search & Vector Database Infrastructure

Job Description

Develop and evolve Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and Milvus products, delivering scalable full-text, vector, hybrid, filtered, and multi-vector retrieval capabilities. Optimize vector indexing and distributed retrieval across ANN algorithms, storage, caching, and I/O, and explore cloud-native architectures for searching data lakes and object storage.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, or a related field is required, along with strong software engineering skills in C++, Golang, Java, or Python. Candidates should have experience with search engines, databases, storage systems, or distributed systems, hands-on Elasticsearch/OpenSearch or Milvus experience, and a strong understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization; deeper ANN and cloud-native storage expertise is preferred.
