Facilities Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor facility-related projects, including mechanical system design, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and delivery within time and cost constraints. Support and optimize mechanical equipment and building automation systems, lead site activities, maintain documentation, troubleshoot equipment, and train staff.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 3–6 years of project management experience are required. Candidates should have knowledge of mechanical systems, project tracking, budgeting, technical drawings, and control systems architecture such as Siemens or Honeywell, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
