Manufacturing Materials Engineer

Job Description

Plan and execute paint materials activities, maintain testing instrumentation and analyze data, and assess materials and processes to support future needs. Test and verify formulations, ensure compliance with specifications, and lead or support problem-solving to meet quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environmental goals.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience, with a minimum of six years of experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent color acuity and pass Munsell color testing, and demonstrate technical, leadership, project management, specification interpretation, and continuous improvement skills.
