Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Description

Design HVAC and plumbing systems, including calculations, equipment selection, and layouts, while leading multiple projects and coordinating with clients and other disciplines. Ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards, and conduct site visits and inspections to verify system installation and performance.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an active Professional Engineer license with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states, and at least four years of HVAC and plumbing design experience. Candidates should understand mechanical engineering principles and applicable codes, communicate effectively, manage project budgets and schedules, and be able to travel as needed.
