Staff Software Engineer (Seattle)

Job Description

Architect, build, and optimize foundational services and infrastructure, improving resilience, scalability, performance, availability, and observability. Set platform architecture and standards, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and deliver production-ready features quickly.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating complex distributed systems, with expertise in backend development, APIs, databases, and cloud-native infrastructure. Candidates should demonstrate strong architectural judgment, resilience and observability experience, cross-team influence, and the ability to deliver high-quality software in a CI/CD environment; advanced or fluent English is required.
