Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Own business problems end-to-end by researching clinical workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing operational and software solutions. Build and maintain production systems, measure outcomes, and review teammates’ code to ensure quality, architectural alignment, and scalability.

Requirements: Requires 8 or more years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack skills with modern web technologies, and a personal AI-assisted development workflow. Candidates should be able to independently scope and deliver work, make sound architectural decisions, and ideally bring startup, healthcare, regulated-systems, or technical leadership experience.
