Junior Software Engineer

Job Description

Build and ship production features end to end, using AI agents and contributing across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and deployment. Write tested, production-grade code, handle edge cases, and take ownership of shipped work while pairing with senior engineers and founders.

Requirements: Applicants must have built and shipped a real project and demonstrate strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and systems design. They should use AI coding tools intentionally and communicate effectively across disciplines; formal computer science education and Ruby on Rails experience are not required.
