Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions using Next.js, Java, and Spring Boot, while guiding engineering teams and making key architectural decisions. Collaborate across product and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable systems and improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and cloud-native practices.

Requirements: Candidates should have professional experience building enterprise-grade applications, strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs, and experience providing technical leadership or mentorship. Cloud deployment experience, CI/CD proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required; experience with AEM, eCommerce platforms, containers, Kubernetes, or advanced web patterns is preferred.
