Staff Software Engineer, Growth & Experimentation

Job Description

Own growth across the customer journey, optimizing landing-page signups, user activation, paid conversion, retention, and expansion revenue. Design and run experiments involving onboarding, paywalls, discounts, upgrades, usage, add-ons, and subscription plans.

Requirements: Candidates should bring staff-level software engineering expertise, strong system design and code quality, and a track record of running hundreds of A/B tests using platforms such as Statsig or PostHog. They should also have extensive SQL and analytics skills, a revenue-focused mindset, strong product and design judgment, and the ability to use AI coding tools to substantially improve their workflow.
