Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Job Description

Build and maintain the infrastructure powering Hercules’ AI agent, app-building and hosting products, SDK, and enterprise platform. Develop scalable, reliable, data-intensive, multi-tenant distributed services that support hundreds of thousands of apps and users.

Requirements: Candidates should have senior- or staff-level infrastructure engineering experience and strong skills in system design, architecture, data modeling, API design, and writing maintainable code in monorepos. They should be experienced with large-scale distributed services, demonstrate product sense by independently shipping customer-impacting changes, and use frontier AI coding tools to significantly improve their workflow.
