Write, debug, and optimize code, then evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, efficiency, readability, security, and performance. Create coding prompts and edge cases, compare AI solutions, and provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI coding systems.

Requirements: Candidates should be proficient in at least one programming language and have a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and systematic debugging. A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is requested, or equivalent practical experience; clear written communication and the ability to work independently are also important.
