MEP Engineer

Job Description

Design mechanical and plumbing systems, including HVAC, energy calculations, kitchen exhaust and makeup air, water distribution, hot water plants, and grease interceptors. Develop clear MEP drawings, coordinate building systems across trades, and support project processes such as permitting, RFIs, and addenda while communicating with clients.

Requirements: Candidates should have 5–10 years of progressively responsible industry experience, potentially with a construction company, contractor, or engineering firm. They should be proficient in relevant MEP design, AutoCAD, applicable building codes, project documentation and coordination, and demonstrate strong communication and client management skills.
