Staff Software Engineer, IR Data Products

Job Description

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, low-latency software systems that ingest, process, store, catalog, and distribute infrared mission data. Set technical direction for geospatial data and MLOps foundations, establish engineering standards, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives while mentoring engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years, a master's degree and 8+ years, or a PhD and 5+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on large-scale production data platforms. Candidates should have AWS data-pipeline and workflow-orchestration experience, a record of leading multi-quarter architecture initiatives, latency optimization and operational expertise, and strong technical communication skills.
