Software Engineer, Design Automation (Senior / Staff+)

Job Description

Architect and build a design automation pipeline that transforms high-level building designs into manufacturing-ready models and production plans, including its stages, intermediate representation, and verification gates. Set technical direction, establish durable abstractions and engineering standards, mentor others, and use AI while collaborating across disciplines to automate and improve existing workflows.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, and at least five years building production software. Candidates should bring strong software engineering and cloud infrastructure experience, technical leadership, a record of delivering reliable systems in complex domains, and practical experience using coding agents; expertise in CAD, geometry, compilers, or applied AI is a plus.
