Job Description

Lead or support development of automotive xEV inverters, translating customer requirements into designs with global engineering teams. Coordinate technical communication and project activities, and support design validation, prototype builds, manufacturing, production launches, and cost investigations.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least five years of practical experience designing automotive powertrain components are required, with inverter experience preferred. Candidates should have 3D CAD, 2D drawing, and mechanical CAE experience, understand electrified vehicle systems, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
