Product Software Engineer II

Job Description

Design, build, and enhance Java backend components and tier-one microservices for the Unified Messaging Platform, including cloud-based asynchronous data processing. Own features end to end, improve service scalability and reliability, guide junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide rotational on-call support.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least three years building internet-scale web or service applications, and experience with Java, cloud services, testing, CI/CD, service APIs, and modern agile development. Preferred qualifications include AWS, big data tools, infrastructure as code, scalable systems, mentoring, and familiarity with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
