Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Own and govern the Digital Plan for Every Part (PFEP), optimizing material flow, replenishment, inventory, and material presentation across the supply chain and manufacturing operations. Lead analytics, simulation, automation, and digital-twin initiatives, while managing cross-functional improvement projects and supporting launches, expansions, and capital investment decisions.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial or manufacturing engineering, logistics, operations management, data analytics, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role calls for 5+ years of relevant experience, PFEP management, familiarity with automation and simulation tools, and knowledge of manufacturing systems and Lean methods.
