Principal Platform Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the architecture, development, and operation of secure, highly available IAM services, including Tier-0 distributed systems and next-generation identity capabilities for AI agents and machine identities. Set technical direction, lead cross-team initiatives, improve reliability and operational readiness, resolve complex production issues, and mentor engineers.

Requirements: Requires strong programming skills in Java, Go, C++, Python, or a similar language, along with deep expertise in distributed systems, high-availability cloud services, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, testing, and application security. The role also calls for experience operating mission-critical production systems, improving reliability and performance, and understanding security and compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and PCI DSS.
