INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER, AGRICULTURE

Job Description

Analyze agricultural and related production operations to improve productivity, labor efficiency, throughput, quality, safety, capacity, and costs. Develop and implement measurable process improvements, labor standards, performance metrics, and operational recommendations in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required, along with experience applying engineering, analytics, or process improvement in agriculture or another high-volume production environment. Candidates need strong quantitative, Excel, communication, and project management skills and must be able to work on-site in Ocala and regularly observe operations in production, warehouse, packing, and field environments.
