Construction Survey Manager

Job Description

Set the organization-wide strategy, standards, governance, staffing, budgets, and technology direction for survey operations, while ensuring quality and safety across projects. Lead and mentor survey teams, advise executives and project leaders, and monitor performance, productivity, costs, and risk.

Requirements: Requires 15–20+ years of experience in construction surveying, geomatics, or a related field, plus a bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience. Candidates should have expert knowledge of survey instruments and workflows, experience leading large and multi-project operations, and the ability to manage budgets, commercial risk, and field safety.
