Lead electrical engineering work for proposals and projects across the Americas, assigning and supervising design tasks to ensure delivery on schedule and to quality requirements. Develop electrical design standards and execution models, manage supplier and outsourcing relationships, monitor performance, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements: Requires an electrical engineering degree and professional engineer (PE) status or active pursuit of PE status, along with proven electrical power engineering design experience in the process design industry. Candidates should understand 1–10 MW induction and synchronous motors, have experience specifying and procuring switchgear, transformers, and power electronics, be able to use power system analysis software, and have experience leading cross-functional teams.
