Own the full electrical hardware development lifecycle, including PCB architecture and design, analysis, testing, qualification, integration, and failure investigation for defense and aerospace systems. Lead technical reviews and cross-functional decisions, define interconnects and sourcing criteria, and mentor engineers across propulsion or safety-critical weapons programs.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and at least 8 years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex PCB systems, with deep expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics. Candidates need proficiency with electronic CAD and circuit simulation tools, structured testing, standard interfaces and processor architectures, signal and power integrity, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
