Principal Software Engineer - TCMA (Onsite)

Job Description

Lead software architecture, requirements development, and implementation of complex software features for military avionics platforms within an Agile team. Guide team delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and certification requirements while supporting technical reviews, customer discussions, and continuous improvement.

Requirements: Requires a STEM degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years, along with U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance required after day one. Candidates must have experience presenting technical information to senior management, advising on strategic technical priorities, mentoring engineers, improving software engineering processes, and using engineering tools such as JAMA, DOORS, ALM, or JIRA.
