Job Description

Design, analyze, research, and test mechanical systems for U.S. Navy small craft, supporting the full life cycle of the fleet. Develop engineering calculations and design solutions, including propulsion, fuel, ventilation, and hydraulic systems, while providing onsite support to the Combatant Craft Division.

Requirements: Requires U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or a related field, and at least two years of non-nuclear mechanical engineering experience. Candidates should have marine engineering knowledge, familiarity with applicable specifications and regulations, proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
