Lead electrical engineering work for proposals and projects across the Americas, assigning and supervising design tasks while ensuring technical quality and schedule delivery. Contribute to electrical design standards, manage supplier and outsourcing relationships, define execution models, improve processes, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements: Requires an electrical engineering degree and PE status or active pursuit of PE status, along with proven electrical power engineering design experience in the process design industry. Candidates should understand 1–10 MW induction and synchronous motors, have experience specifying and procuring switchgear, transformers, and power electronics, be able to use power system analysis software, and have experience leading cross-functional teams.
