Software Developer - AI & Automation

Job Description

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain business applications, dashboards, automation tools, and AI solutions, including RAG applications and AI agents connected to company systems and data. Collaborate with leadership, employees, and IT to improve workflows, deploy and support applications and local AI models, and ensure secure, reliable, well-documented performance.

Requirements: Requires at least two years of professional software development experience, including deploying and supporting business applications, strong Python skills, and working knowledge of SQL, databases, web development, APIs, and software testing. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI applications, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, and locally run open-weight models, along with the ability to take projects from requirements through deployment and ongoing support.
