Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection estimating for complex construction projects, from conceptual design through completed construction documents, including quantity take-offs, pricing, scope evaluation, and risk management. Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and operations staff to resolve issues, develop cost-effective alternatives, and support project procurement and handoff.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 15 years of related mechanical, plumbing, or fire protection estimating experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
