Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection estimating for complex construction projects, from conceptual design through completed construction documents, including take-offs, pricing, scope reviews, and value analysis. Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, procurement, and operations to resolve issues, manage scope and risk, support project handoff, and lead MEP initiatives and training.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 15 years of related mechanical, plumbing, or fire protection estimating experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, the ability to interpret contract documents and project schedules, and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
