Founding Software Engineer, AI & Agentic Commerce

Job Description

Design and build the core systems for Gava’s relationship-centric commerce platform, including back-end services, APIs, AI integrations, and agentic workflows. Collaborate with the founding team to shape technical architecture, deliver features quickly, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.

Requirements: Candidates should have strong computer science fundamentals and experience building production-grade software, including back-end services, APIs, microservices, and database integrations. Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic workflows is beneficial, along with the ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership in an early-stage remote environment; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is expected.
