Firestore Software Engineering Manager

Job Description

Lead multiple Firestore projects, collaborating with product managers, customers, partners, and engineering leads to define requirements, priorities, and delivery plans. Manage and develop engineers by distributing work to meet product goals while supporting individual skill growth.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates need at least eight years of software development experience with a general-purpose programming language and large-scale distributed systems or database technologies, plus two years in people management or team leadership.
