Sr Civil Engineer

Job Description

Develop and maintain clear, complete, traceable, field-ready civil scope by translating site data, design assumptions, estimates, contract commitments, and permit requirements into executable project requirements. Coordinate scope reviews and handoffs across engineering, estimating, construction, environmental, safety, quality, subcontractors, and commercial teams while tracking risks, quantities, clarifications, and field issues.

Requirements: Candidates need experience supporting civil engineering, construction, project engineering, estimating, pre-construction, or field execution; interpreting civil drawings and technical requirements; and coordinating across project stakeholders. The role also requires experience identifying and escalating risks or scope gaps, using project data to support execution decisions, and the ability to travel up to 25%; a civil engineering degree, PE or EIT credential, and utility-scale energy or EPC experience are preferred.
