Project - Lead Software Engineer II (Microsoft Dynamics)

Job Description

Lead the design, development, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Government solutions, including CRM components, APIs, and Azure-based integrations. Guide technical delivery and team members while coordinating with stakeholders, addressing risks and technical debt, and supporting testing, deployment, production maintenance, documentation, and compliance.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree, 7 or more years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, and at least 2 years of experience with Dynamics customization and development, Dynamics 365 Government, and enterprise integrations in VA environments. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to travel 20–50% on average; strong technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills are also required.
