Project - Lead Software Engineer II (Microsoft Dynamics)

Job Description

Lead the design, development, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Government solutions, including CRM components, APIs, and Azure-based integrations. Guide technical delivery and team members, reduce technical debt, resolve risks and defects, and ensure solutions meet federal security and compliance requirements.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, and at least 2 years of experience with Dynamics customization and development, Dynamics 365 Government, and enterprise integrations in VA environments. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and demonstrate strong technical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills; federal agency CRM experience is preferred.
