Project - Lead Software Engineer II (Microsoft Dynamics)

Job Description

Lead the design, development, customization, integration, and support of secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Government solutions, including CRM components, APIs, and Azure-based integrations. Guide technical delivery and team members while managing stakeholder communication, technical debt, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree, U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship, and 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, including 2+ years in Dynamics 365 Government. Candidates also need 2+ years of Dynamics customization and development with JavaScript, C#, .NET, Dataverse, and Power Platform, plus enterprise integration experience in VA environments; federal agency CRM experience is preferred.
