Staff Software Engineer, Ads Signals and Measurement

Job Description

Build and operate scalable, reliable, privacy-safe advertising signal and measurement systems, including third-party signal ingestion, matching, activation, and advertiser ROI measurement. Lead technical direction and collaborate with product teams, advertisers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions while improving availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, plus 9 or more years of software development experience; alternatives include a master's degree with 8 or more years or a PhD with 5 or more years. Candidates should have experience leading complex technical initiatives and strong software engineering, system operations, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentorship skills; advertising technology and distributed data systems expertise are preferred.
