Job Description

Lead electrical engineering design and serve as the technical authority for complex water and wastewater projects from planning and design through construction, startup, and commissioning. Oversee technical deliverables and power system studies, guide multidisciplinary teams and clients, mentor staff, and support business development and project pursuits.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a Professional Engineer license (California licensure preferred or obtainable by comity), and more than 20 years of progressive electrical engineering experience. Candidates need substantial water and wastewater facility design experience, expertise in power systems and utility coordination, experience with power system analysis software and collaborative delivery methods, and strong leadership and communication skills.
