Job Description

Lead and develop a team of 5–10 engineers building and supporting scalable, low-latency payment authorization systems. Guide architecture and hands-on software delivery while driving reliability, security, performance, engineering practices, and collaboration across global teams.

Requirements: Candidates should have substantial software engineering or technical leadership experience, strong hands-on C and C++ expertise, and experience with high-performance distributed systems in Linux or Unix environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience is required, along with knowledge of software architecture, databases, and modern development practices.
