AI Native Software Engineer Manager - Products

Job Description

Build and ship full-stack product capabilities, including agentic AI systems, from early prototypes through production, while setting technical direction and owning architecture, security, reliability, and product outcomes. Work closely with product managers, designers, customers, and engineers to improve products through feedback and evaluations, and raise the engineering standards and AI-native practices of the product organization.

Requirements: Requires substantial experience building and shipping production software across the full stack, including at least two years of hands-on AI-native engineering and at least one year building reliable AI or agentic systems beyond prototypes. Candidates should demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment, effective use of AI development tools, sound decision-making under ambiguity, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
