Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, and operate performant distributed services and systems that integrate generative AI into real-world products. Own projects from design through deployment and monitoring, collaborate across engineering, research, product, and infrastructure teams, and help improve technical standards, reliability, and performance.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of professional software development experience, experience building and operating backend systems or distributed services, proficiency in a language such as Python, Go, or Java, and strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design. Preferred qualifications include experience with machine learning pipelines or AI infrastructure, familiarity with cloud-native systems, independent delivery from design to production, and mentoring or technical leadership experience.
