Software Engineer

Job Description

Diagnose and resolve customer production issues across the technology stack, including investigating code-level root causes, providing workarounds, and submitting fixes for review. Collaborate with Support, CloudOps, Product, and Engineering to improve platform reliability, observability, customer outcomes, and incident-prevention practices.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field and at least one year of professional full-stack development experience. Candidates should have strong programming and debugging skills, familiarity with web architecture, APIs, databases, Git, and observability tools, and strong customer-focused communication and collaboration abilities.
