Software Engineer

Job Description

Optimize collective algorithms, topologies, and C/C++ communication operations to improve AI training performance and scale compute across data centers. Analyze hardware and workload metrics to identify bottlenecks, develop low-level device drivers, and collaborate with hardware teams to co-optimize software and AI training silicon.

Requirements: Candidates need at least 3 years of professional software development experience and at least 2 years designing or architecting systems, including considerations for design patterns, reliability, and scaling. They must be proficient in at least one programming language, have experience across the software development lifecycle, and hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
