Principal Electrical Engineer (hybrid)

Job Description

Lead electrical design, development, integration, and qualification of mixed-signal, embedded, and sensor-interface hardware for rugged, SWaP-constrained defense and commercial systems. Own electrical workstreams through production release, guide junior engineers, lead validation and root-cause investigations, and coordinate with software teams and manufacturing vendors.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 7–9 years of relevant experience, including product development with outsourced design and development partners. Candidates should have expertise in SWaP-constrained embedded platforms, common hardware interfaces and processor technologies, modern analog and digital electronics, electronic CAD tools, communication, and managing concurrent projects.
