Electrical Engineer III (hybrid)

Job Description

Lead electrical design workstreams for ruggedized, AI-integrated defense and environmental science electronics, from requirements through release, including mixed-signal PCBs, embedded controllers, sensor interfaces, and power subsystems. Guide junior engineers, lead design reviews and lab validation, resolve hardware issues through root cause analysis, and collaborate with vendors on fabrication, production, and lifecycle planning.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of low-power design, sensor integration, and signal conditioning. Candidates should be able to independently manage engineering tasks, perform lab testing and debugging, understand relevant compliance standards, and communicate effectively across teams.
