Sr. Software Engineer, Team Lead

Job Description

Design, build, test, and operate production software, including full-stack features and backend services, while leading technical design and maintaining code quality. Organize team delivery, mentor engineers, coordinate incident response, and collaborate with Product and other teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements: Requires 7 or more years of software engineering experience, production-system ownership, and experience leading or organizing a team’s work. Candidates should have strong backend skills in Python or a similar language, frontend experience such as React, experience with microservices, REST APIs, relational databases, and cloud platforms, and hands-on daily use of AI coding tools.
