Principal Software Engineer - Elastic Global Services

Job Description

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed cloud services, addressing fault tolerance, availability, performance, and scale challenges. Ensure services are operationally ready and meet customer commitments, while mentoring junior engineers and balancing consistency, durability, and cost.

Requirements: Requires 15 or more years of industry experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale production infrastructure, including distributed and fault-tolerant systems. Candidates should have experience with container orchestration, cluster management, or autoscaling; strong operating systems knowledge; and familiarity with the internals of Kubernetes, Mesos, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
