Senior Civil Design Engineer (Data Centers)

Job Description

Lead civil engineering design for large-scale, mission-critical developments, including site planning, utility routing, grading, earthwork, drainage, and wastewater systems. Direct civil design work on multidisciplinary projects, prepare and review construction documents, and support permitting and compliance with local authority requirements.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license or ability to obtain one within six months, and at least 15 years of engineering experience. Candidates need extensive experience with large-scale industrial developments—preferably AI, hyperscale, or colocation data centers—along with Civil 3D expertise, construction document experience, and the ability to lead complex multidisciplinary design work.
