Automation Analyst

Job Description

Analyze governance and operations processes to identify automation opportunities, then build and refine AI assistants, workflows, and compliance monitoring solutions. Support AI API key provisioning and usage monitoring, and document requirements and solutions for stakeholders.

Requirements: The role seeks 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or governance, with a degree in MIS, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates should combine process analysis with practical experience in GenAI, Claude, APIs, Python, Linux, and automation, and be able to connect business requirements with technical solutions.
