Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead large-scale, cross-team initiatives to improve backend development systems, including frameworks, tooling, and shared libraries. Set long-term technical direction, guide adoption of platform capabilities, partner with infrastructure, security, and product engineering teams, and mentor engineers.

Requirements: Extensive experience building and scaling backend systems with Go and Python, plus deep knowledge of Django, gRPC, or comparable frameworks. Experience designing internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared infrastructure and a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence engineering direction across teams are required.
