TEST TECHNICIAN

Job Description

Design and conduct precision technology tests on agricultural equipment in laboratory, simulator, field, and farm settings, collecting and analyzing data and providing clear feedback to product development teams. Safely operate and maintain equipment, install and configure precision technology, and occasionally travel to customer or remote sites for support and data collection.

Requirements: Requires at least four years of farming equipment operating experience and an associate or bachelor degree in a relevant field such as agriculture, engineering, or software. Preferred qualifications include experience with precision agriculture technologies and farming practices, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
